Local financing with no credit check. 20% down, then terms of 36, 48, 60 or 72 months with straightforward, fixed payments.
Kemba Credit Union
$0 down and 24 fixed monthly payments for qualified buyers. Apply with us, then finish on Kemba’s secure application.
Service Finance
$0 down with terms up to 120 months, for the lowest monthly payment on larger buildings and custom builds.
Payments are estimates and include sales tax for the ZIP you enter (Greendale, IN 47025 by default). Final terms depend on approval. Shopping our lot? Every building and trailer has a “Finance This” button with its price already filled in.
